ARE MY PHOTOS PROTECTED?

Your photos are absolutely safe and protected. Only your personal account manager and a dedicated retoucher can view your photos. We will not publish your photos anywhere without your permission. The example photos in our portfolio belong to photographers who gave us permission to show them.

ARE YOU ABLE TO FOLLOW MY STYLE?

Sure, this service is included into the Complete+ price package. Please do not forget to attach a reference photo as an example of your style to follow.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can pay by credit card or PayPal.

WHAT IS MY ORDER TURNAROUND TIME?

The turnaround depends on the level of retouching required and volume of the work. The turnaround starts once the order paid, photo files and instruction on retouching received and we can start the work. Usually in about 2 days you will receive the first processed photos for your approval or comments. If you have a tight deadline, please let us know that in the order comments.
Also we do offer The Rush Service – up to 50 photos processed within 24 hours. This service costs +50% plus our regular retouching prices.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

An email notification will be sent to the email address you used for registration at our website. The message will contain a link clicking on which you will be able to view your order. Also you can access this link in your account on our website.

WHO WILL OWN COPYRIGHT ON MY PHOTOS AFTER POST PROCESSING?

It’s only you who owns all copyright on your photos.

CAN YOU CHANGE THE BACKGROUND OF MY PHOTO?

Yes, we can. Please upload you main photo and a new background as a Reference Photo, and let us know the instructions what to do. The background change service is included into The Complete Package in a case of solid background, and into The Complete+ in a case of complicated background.

WHAT IS A REFERENCE PHOTO?

The Reference Photo filed is used us instructions applies to your order photos retouching. You can use the field to attach an example photo describing a style you need for your order4, or to add an additional photo used for background replacement. In this case you do NOT need to pay any credit for the Reference Photo. Please notice, The Reference Photo doesn't mean just the second photo processed free of charge.
